You can then read the four bullet points under Promoting
Healthy People 2030.
Healthy People 2030 is a great site for information related to
health conditions including addiction, cancer, diabetes, pregnancy and
childbirth, overweight and obesity, sexually transmitted infections, etc.
Access
the objectives and read at least one section under these five categories:
Health Conditions, Health Behaviors, Populations, Settings and Systems, and
Social Determinants of Health.
One could spend hours on this site learning about the framework
that encompasses the ideas and functions of Health People 2030. The goal is to
thoroughly understand population phenomena and then create plans to improve
populations’ health. Save the web site. It will be a valuable and acceptable
reference throughout all your college courses. You may use it to search for
information in nearly every course.
